Fitzwilliam Place is located in the heart of the Georgian Quarter of Dublin 2 and is adjacent to the beautiful Fitzwilliam Square Private Gardens - all our Flats have the added bonus of having access to this wonderful square.
The house is only a 6 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of St Stephen's Green and, yet, it has a wonderful neighbourhood feel. There are lots of restaurants, pubs, bars and shops within a couple of minutes walk and, with cultural and historical buildings also on your doorstep, it is an ideal location to spend your time in Dublin.
Our house is a large 4 storey over basement Georgian House built in 1827. There is a small communal garden at the back of the house, with a parking space behind an electric gate that is available to rent separately.
